I have a full time job providing training programs to engineers, scientists, and all who support them. I’ve spent 15+ years learning about turning talents into strengths in that environment. Outside of work, when my schedule permits me to do so, my intention is to provide training, coaching, and CliftonStrengths team building services to non-profits at little to no cost to the organization.
